Barbaric Practices to Paper

I got out the new paper packs again today and after sitting gazing at some of them, sighing over them and stroking them lovingly I steeled myself and tore a piece off the pad. Not content with this appalling act of vandalism, I then took the paper slicer and CUT IT............
In my defence, I decided that the scrummy design was far too beautiful to be covered with anything so instead I just matted it onto pale blue card, added a couple of organza ribbons in co-ordinating colours and a printed sentiment cut out with a nestie.
I don't know though whether I can bear to part with it, so may end up sending it to myself - lol
