Spotlight

What a strange few days weather wise! We've had snow, high winds, blue skies, lightning, rain - the works!
Was a good excuse though to just sit up here and make inky.
Two cards to share today -

both made with odd bits laying about so I will be venturing into the Playground to 'show off my snippets'!!!
A Brusho background using Lemon and Turquoise on some scraps of watercolour card.
Two other odd bits treated the same then a die cut circle.
Stamp is from Woodware.

Have used up quite a lot of scraps this past week and would you believe I didn't have enough white card for 2 sentiments? (I know - unbelievable!) But didn't want to cut into an A3 sheet for a tiddly sentiment so the one on the left ended up stamped direct onto the card!
I added a wee bit of stickles to finish.
Think these will be quite good note cards.

Joining a couple of challenges -

Thanks for stopping by and hoping all is well with you in blogland. x

LOVE these Viv - and it's high time I hauled out my Brushos for a play again! You got a gorgeous colour combo there without it turning muddy (as mine often do).

If you're sort of white card snippets I can send you a box full of them! :) Thing is, did you know just how many variations of white there are - amazing.

Hugs

what an absolutely brilliant idea with those circles and the stamp stalk hanging down below. Love the effect. It has snowed here this morning but now turned to sleet and dismal outlook so I guess its back to sorting out my craft room. One last cupboard to go. Hugs Mrs A.

Spotlight stamping looks fab, I've never quite succeeded in using this technique, i think it's about picking the right stamp or area of a stamp, and this one works superbly!

Two fabulously colourful cards, I haven't tried Brusho's yet but have seen the gorgeous results on many blogs. I love the design and stamping on these two beauties.

Excellent use of your snippets. Love the brusho colors, and clever design to ink the top part of your flower on the brusho circle, then add the dangling stem. I really like that! Love the way you've done the mats and design layout too. Pixie & Parsnip will just love both of these! TFS & Hugs.
