Thought this could be a 'multi purpose' card - so just added the 'Congratulations' sentiment then it could be used for a special birthday (18 or 21) or a wedding maybe?
Anyway, as long as I have used another image from the desk I'm sure I'll find a use for it (or it will go into the 'Pink' stash for selling later!
Image coloured with promarkers and lots of bling added with Stickles, mounted onto silver glitter card (cut out with nesties), the background paper is from Papermania (spots again!!LOL), and the addition of a huge pink organza bow with some thinner pink and silver ribbon added to the middle.
