Our challenge is Anything Goes which I know will be a favourite with everyone - please remember though - WE ARE A STAMPING CHALLENGE!!! This means that the focal point of your project has to be stamped!
My friend likes soft green colours and likes vintage as long as it's not too 'over the top'!
had fingers crossed that this was just right - and happily for me she loved it!
The
clock stamp is by Anne Marie, cut with a nestie label and coloured with
Distress Inks.
I sponged some Peeled Paint DI round the edge as it was a
near enough match to the polka dot paper and used a script stamp from
the same set randomly stamping on both polka dot paper and the nestie.The sentiment stamp is from the Sweet Paris set.
A
lot of odd scraps used here - the lace across the diagonal, the hand
dyed green seam binding and the organza rose are all odd bits from the
scraps box
The
heart button and the little tab are from the Sweet Paris collection and
I added some green pearls to finish the front and continued the theme
inside.
