Well! October! This year has simply flown by and Autumn is well and truly upon us here.
Seem to have spent a lot of time lately getting up the leaves from the large oak tree that overhangs onto rear driveway from our lovely neighbours. Its a magnificent tree and I love to watch it as the seasons change.
I used a variety of colours and stamps for this make.
The leaves and the log stamps are from Lavinia as is the rather large 'nut' being inspected!
Potters Clay, Rich Cocoa, Tangelo, Tea Leaves Memento and Versacolour inks, and Fired Brick Oxide.
The two squirrels are from Card-io and the sentiment is from Inkylicious which I thought was so very apt and very true.

I just love all the leaves in those pretty autumnal colours to frame the card Viv, and the two squirrels with their pine cone/nut, and they are frame beautifully by the sun behind them..a great sentiment too on this gorgeous card. x
ReplyDeleteThis really put a smile on my face Viv with not one but two cheeky squirrels, they certainly keep nature lovers on their toes this time of year. I have one who sits on my bird feeder and watcher me cook through the kitchen window whilst he munches on the bird cake hee hee.. Beautiful creation, what a lovely inspiring time of year this is.
