Have you ever started something and then been sorry????? I had sooooo much trouble with this card and I have no earthly explanation as to why! I had what I wanted to do in my head but when it came to actually doing it, the first two attempts ended up in the bin - I could not get it the way I wanted it no matter what I did. I finally settled on this and I hope the lady who has ordered it this ruby wedding easel card will be happy with it.
Even though I love Liverpool FC, I find red a real difficult colour to work with! I think it can be overpowering if you use too much and I hope I've managed to get the balance right here.
The main sentiment focus was a freebie some time ago and I have used it before. I covered it with some very fine glitter and then added a metallic heart. Cut out with nesties, some flowers (both fabric and paper), a butterfly and a few pearls and it was finished.

You are right .. .. red can be overpowering sometimes .. .. but you have used it perfectly here.
