Hosted by JENNY, the challenge is to use Powdered Inks with your Stencils.
I am not very proficient with Powdered Inks, particularly Brushos where I always end up either soaking the paper or even worse speckling the walls (and anything else in a 10 foot radius) when I spray the water.😟
I remembered seeing a video some time back where Distress Oxides were used with powders so thought I'd give that a go.
The Pixie Powders have a lovely intense shimmer and when mixed with the colour of the Oxides make a really rich deep iridescence.
I used a Waves stencil from Funky Fossil and created a little underwater scene with dies.
I quite enjoyed making this!
