I used rainbow colours for my stencil background and matted it onto black card.I made a tag (as I don't have a tag die!) and took the smallest scribbly flower stamp from the 'Kindness Blooms' set.
Using the same colours used for the background I randomly stamped onto my tag, then did the same with the small dot stamp before matting it onto black card.
Some enamel dots in coordinating colours and a sentiment (from Thirsty Brush) and finished.
